We are truly thankful for your trust in Amraie. Every piece is made with care, and we hope it brings warmth and beauty to your home.

Do we offer returns or refunds?
We do not offer returns or monetary refunds. Instead, if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to arrange an exchange. To make the process simple and fair, we issue a voucher valid for 90 days, which you can use toward any future purchase.

How do I request an exchange?
Please contact us by email at hi@amraie.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Once we receive it, we will promptly issue your voucher.

Please note:
– Our collections are handcrafted in limited batches. Small variations in colour, print, or stitching are natural and part of the individuality of each Amraie piece.
– We encourage choosing with intention, as each exchange means another rare design may no longer be available.
– If you are uncertain before purchasing, we are always glad to provide additional details or guidance to help you make the right choice from the beginning.
