Where do you ship?

At the moment, Amraie ships exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

How long does it take?

We believe that beautiful things should arrive beautifully, which is why every parcel is handled with care from the moment it leaves our studio until it reaches your door. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

What are the costs?

For orders above CHF 200, shipping is complimentary. For smaller orders, the rate is calculated at checkout.

Please note:

During launches or seasonal peaks, delivery may take slightly longer — but we will always keep you informed so you know exactly when to expect your piece.

How do I care for my textiles?

Our fabrics are crafted to last, but like all fine textiles, they appreciate gentle care.

When your order arrives:

Open your parcel with clean hands and unfold your textile carefully. Natural creasing from shipping is normal — a light steaming or gentle ironing will restore the fabric. If you notice a faint scent from the printing or dyeing process, simply let the piece air out before use; it will fade quickly.

Washing:

Wash by hand in cold water, or in the machine on a gentle cycle at maximum 30°C. Always use a mild, liquid detergent. Avoid bleach, stain removers, or harsh chemicals. Wash similar colours together.

Drying:

Do not tumble dry. Air-dry flat or on a line, away from direct sunlight, to preserve colour and fabric integrity.

Ironing:

Iron on the reverse side at a low to medium setting (max. 150°C). For best results, iron while the fabric is still slightly damp. Steaming is also recommended.

Please note:

Because many Amraie pieces are handcrafted or hand-finished, small variations in colour, print, or stitching are natural. These are not flaws, but signs of individuality and craftsmanship. With gentle care, your textiles will age gracefully, growing softer and more beautiful with time.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not offer returns, but we are happy to arrange an exchange if something isn’t quite right. To keep the process simple, we issue a voucher valid for 90 days, which you can use toward any future purchase.

How do I request an exchange?

Please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Once we have received it, we will issue your voucher promptly.

Our collections are handcrafted in small batches. This means that slight variations in colour, print, or stitching may occur — they are not defects, but part of the individuality and beauty of each Amraie piece. We encourage our customers to choose with intention, as every exchange means another limited design may no longer be available. If you are uncertain about a product before purchasing, we are always glad to provide more details or guidance to help you make the right choice from the beginning.

Limited Editions

Most Amraie collections are created in small batches, which means once a design is gone, it may not return in the same form. This rarity is part of their beauty, keeping your home distinctive and unlike anyone else’s.

If you missed something you love, we encourage you to add it to your wishlist. Occasionally, a much-loved style may reappear in a new colourway or fabric, and we’ll let you know if it does.

For interior projects, events, or bulk enquiries, we are open to special requests. While our production is intentionally small-scale, we are happy to explore possibilities with you and will do our best to accommodate where we can.
